Way to go.

So, when the power outage happened yesterday, I wasn't too thrilled, but only because I had projects I was supposed to be working on that required a host for. I have ten domains, all for different sites, on my one shared hosting server.

However, I'm really proud of the Surpass staff for the way they handled themselves with the power outage(s?). Removed and HDdan were particularly helpful in my case.

I understand these things happen, and after the professional way in which they handled themselves, I'm going to say that I don't feel they owe me anything for lost business.

I recommend Surpass.
