I would not like to see the helpdesk stats for last weekend! BUT I logged a ticket on Saturday when I received an email from Cpanel telling me there were hard drive errors. It was answered within 20 minutes and was passed to DimeNOC system admins.

I received a reply within 45 minutes of that being transferred!

WOW - some poeple have been working hard especially with the power failure etc. So Thanks and PLEASE do take some well earned rest!
