I'm on the same server, Pass48.
The past few weeks the load has sometimes been up to 14-16, making all the sites almost unreachable or slow like hell. I've been sending several tickets about this, even asked to be transferred to another server. But they didn't respond to that, but always when they checked the load it's fine again.
Edit : At this moment, the load is even 20..
