in cPanel - you would need up to update remote SQL access with the IP of your home computer. Not sure of your IP (especially if you are NAT'd behind a router)? got to

Then, you need to set your local PC to use access your mySQL at your domain. Whatever domain your database is hosted on. Make sure you use the proper database name, username, password.
That should do it.
