Since all the installations/upgrades are always done by the WHMCS team I hadn't looked at it. However, I have checked upon your suggestion and yes all the permissions are set correctly.
You have mentioned PHPSuExec, this is the only host out of my 8 other Surpass hosts which doesn't have the PHPSuExec and is still running on PHP 4 and MySQL 4, I wonder when these upgrades will be implemented.
I wish they haven't done that "security upgrade" 4 months ago, since that upgrade, the WHMCS stopped and I had to make changes to most of the accounts on that host to get them working.
