EMAILS AND SERVER OVERLOAD 72.29.77.49
Hi guys, i have been posting all day about the constant up and down on our mails. It seems the server have been expecting overloads, then the pop service fail and so on.
Our clients are becoming insatisfied with the service, we have clients that use day and night their mails and today we have been receiving lot of calls about the missfunction of the mails.
Once and again via support desk they fix the problem for a while, then again clients call about the mail service.
Since the last big break of surpass, our clients are very untolerant, so do i. We promise them not to have again problems with the service, and now a week then we start having problems.
Hope today we can have completely fixed this overloads and mails problems.
Let us know when done correctly.
