Guys, KAYLA! Please take action on this situation please, we have again problems with the server, we can´t send, receive, nor see our webpages!

I have been posting since yesterday for this situation and we just received "we will be monitoring", hey really what do we have to do you guys to take action, i´m considering at this point migrating to another hosting. Since the loose of service last friday we have our clients very angry at this point, we cant guarantee a stable service, can u???
