Yeah I sent one of those ticket things.
It sucks because we have at least 15 e-mails (local newspaper) that can't check their e-mails so practically - they've been down all day. I cant even access the control panel....Did the information I sent you the server info? How do I tell which one it is? Or is there a way to test, system check, etc... from our end?
