I get the follwing error when trying to send email to comcast account holders:

SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
host mx2.comcast.net [76.96.30.116]: 554 IMTA12.emeryville.ca.mail.comcast.net comcast 72.29.83.77 Comcast BL004 Blocked for spam.

Can this be fixed?
