So I had somebody sign up for hosting service though my business and they paid and everything and the account was automatically setup.

I checked my mail last night and noticed a order was placed and setup.

I then checked my paypal and the order wasn't authorized from the buyer's paypal account and today there was a dispute placed about the unauthorized payment from somebody else's paypal account that doesn't belong to the person who placed the order.

The person who ordered it and the person's paypal account used including addresses, name, and phone numbers do not match at all. Whoever ordered the account was already uploading files to the server before paypal chimed in with the fraud.

Is this a common problem nowdays? This is the first time I have seen it happen.

I am dealing with the paypal issue and I have suspended this users hosting account due to fraud with the payment.

Any input on this would be awesome.
