If something was not done to your satisfaction, you can request that your ticket be sent to the next level support, or to management. If there was a misunderstanding, it should be able to be resolved, or at least returned to it's original state. I am not a staff member of Surpass, so I cannot speak for them, but I have always had good experiences with them in situations like this.
