I've put in a ticket to support about this, but I'm curious if anyone else has this problem.

I've got a .html file on on of my sites. Around 11% of people that try to get it get a 404 error. From what I can see in the access logs, there is no pattern to this--it doesn't seem to be correlated with time, or what browser they are using, or where they are. In fact, some people will get the 404, hit refresh, and then get the page fine.

I'm on pass12.
