I too am having the same problem it's been 3 or 4 days now and I got a response from my original question and I even thanked him for a very quick reply to my questions. When I said Okay, lets upgrade, I didnt even get an acknowledgment. Still haven't. Here are my ticket numbers:

There is another open ticket from a while back. I hope this delay in response has nothing to do with my honesty. Now what?
