This is the response I received from support in case anyone was interested in the answer. I left out the names and other things for privacy sake since technically I did not get permission to post this on the forum. I'm not even sure if I needed to or not. If you transfer site1.com as a reseller, you'll have to do this later, so why not just do it all now.

I've sent a response back asking if they would do it for me (in leiu of me doing it myself as I would probably really jack it up) but haven't received a response back yet. I think I've read somewhere that they would but you guys know how I am....20 questions!
