Go to your section in CPanel called "Scripts." Once you're in that section, look at all the CMS software that is available. The best thing to do would be to do a search on google for each CMS listed in there first. See the demo on their sites and make sure that is what you need.
As for which one is the best CMS, they are all fairly decent -- however, I find the CMS portals to offer a lot more than what most people need. Mambo is the most stable version for it's simplicity and professionalism. It's very cool and clean and does look more like a website than most CMS. Mambo (in my opinion) is more user friendly than most and more business oriented.
Regardless, whatever CMS you use, you can count on spending at least a whole day reading the documentation of "how to's". CMS is very tricky for most newbies without experience -- but do not let that intimidate you. As long you READ THE DOCUMENTATION, you will be okay after about a day for doing just basic page editing.
I am not sure if Surpass offers some type of WYSIWYG editor -- but if they do, that is what you should really get. Email their sales department and ask them about it. After all, you will only be editing a couple of pages. But if not, then I'd choose Mambo. Stay away from the nuke's (ie: postnuke and phpnuke.) Nukes are GREAT -- however, they are not even close to being "newbie" friendly... and they eat up a lot of storage, which is something you do not need since you won't likely use 90% of the software. Not sure abut XOOPS -- but I heard it's good. Good luck!
