Thank you, I tried my best to explain why things stop working for the shortest of minutes. It can happen with any server, anywhere, doesn't matter how much you pay for it or how closely it's monitored. Some servers go weeks without any errors, and some could pop a few every 15 minutes for an hour! But that never really happens. Imagine a server feeding websites constantly, 24/7/365... sometimes little things are going to happen. We make sure that the harmless little things don't turn into long periods of downtime. That is what our 24/7 monitoring and logs are all about, and why we have 99% uptime.
