So I've to click Custom Nameservers and then..?

In my first mail there were this help:

Update your domain name's DNS wherever you purchased the domain. Approximately 24 hours afterwards, your domain name will point to the Surpass server your hosting account is on. If you purchased your domain with us, please login to your domain account at www.surpassdomains.com and double check that the DNS corresponds with the DNS listed below.

*****.dizinc.com IP-Adress
*****.dizinc.com IP-Adress

So..? Should I fill the 1) with that first dizinc.com 2) IP-Adress 3) second dizinc.com 4) IP-adress
