Hey.
I just recently transfered from another host (powweb.com) and I was using .htaccess to prevent file leeching.
However, when I uploaded all my files here, the .htaccess file went away and I guess "transfered" into the "prevent hotlinking" section of the cpanel.
My problem is:
The cpanel's thing makes my files not accessable to the user. Which is seriously strange to me cuz im using /folder/file.extension and not
http://amf4u-online.com/folder/file.extension
Why would cpanel's hotliner thing block files when htaccess did not? And is there a way to get htaccess back up??
This is a big issue cuz now all these people who've been direct linking are getting working files which is going to kill my bandwidth.
Please help!
