I was previously using "Max", today I just get my "dedicated server" set up by Surpass.

I have a few questions, but I don't know if the support is working at this hour.

hope any gurus on the site will be able to help me.

1. If I need to transfer all my web contents from my "Max" account, do I need to go to the "Account functions" and click on "Create a New Account" even all I want to host is one website only?

2. how to FTP to my dedicated server root directory? I've used the provided "WHM username and password", but it's not working at all. From the e-mail I got from Surpass regarding my dedicated server setup, that's the only info I got regarding username and password and in the e-mail it saids I can FTP to my "Main IP" for my account and any account I created. any suggestions?
