After registering with surpass hosting today I have had a lot of trouble tring to access my site and control panel. I recieved the e-mail with login details to access conrtrol panel but it insist my login details are incorrect. After going through the reset password procedure and entering my username it said that my new password will be sent to my e-mail address. Nothing has come through. Tried it several times and still nothing has come through. My e-mail is definately working and surpass sent my activation e-mail to this address. If anyone can help this would be greatly appreciated.
