I recently added on a domain to my web hosting plan. My main web was published from FrontPage and was working fine. The addon domain was published from FrontPage and doesn’t seem to work quite right. Most functions work, except for some that seem to rely on the FrontPage Server extensions (hit counter and feedback form).

I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled the FrontPage extensions from the cPanel for both domains - multiple times. Surpass Support tells me I’ll have this problem because the addon domain doesn’t have its own set of FP server extensions – it shares with the main domain.

I guess I’m looking for HELP with technical clarification regarding the use of FP published webs to addon domains…Do they work? Should they work? If they don’t, how can they be fixed to work? Any help would be appreciated.
