That's right.. you don't have to pay setup fee, I upgraded my celeron 1.8 to a P4 2.4 and 1GB of ram. Things are much better now
server loads never reached .5 as far as I know. I wished Surpass would upgrade the CPUs on its packages, P4 2.4 to P4 2.8 and dual xeon 3.2 like many other companies
