custom plans, sorta

I know Surpass doesn't offer custom plans. Well, here is something that's like it but not exactly. How about for the dedicated server packages, Surpass, for example, allows the customer to get another hard drive in place of less bandwidth available for that plan.

For example, say that i want the Celeron 1.7 no setup plan, I want to get another 80GB hard drive but will sacrifice 1TB of bandwidth for it so I will get 2 80GB drives and 1TB for the same price. Of course, it's not limited to just hard drives; ram, processor, whm/cpanel, and other extras should be included as well. I think this will be a win win situation for both sides. Cheers.
