layout, content, navigation, ease of use, etc. just let me know what you think.

I just want to get a general idea of how it looks to someone who doesn't know me personally, since those people are likely to be overly nice

I like the overrall idea, but it lacks the sleekness (?) that I tend to lean toward. perhaps tightning up the buttons a bit and spicing up the logo.

it needs to be more appealing, catching to the eye...spice up the graphics, get rid of them huge buttons and maybe go with a different color scheme

the color fading of the bg is neat, but as they said the buttons are very big and to me they just seem to stick out somehow.

The color scheme is pretty pleasing. The graphics lack an image focus. Get a picture that somewhat describes what your site is about, onto the banner. Make the buttons smaller and get into the wonders of CSS.

Css rocks. I hate to go to a site that doesn't do something about the ugly blue scrollbar!!!!

On the other hand, css can also be really tricky (hehe, not).

I'm just now learning css and love the options. It's really a great thing. I don't have to tell you though...and yeah, skinning your os is the best way to get rid of the ugly scrollbar...I do it
