The Halo 3 soundtrack sucked... totally didn't help get you into the game.

I don't know man... I'd agree with that on parts of it, but other parts I was completely into it.

Of course it may have just been that it was 3 AM. I beat it that morning and haven't played campaign since. I really should go back and play again

I can only think of one time the music actually helped get me into it. Not sure when it was in the game, but for the most part it did either nothing and in the odd case, it was actually distracting.
