How can I access cPanel through a Proxy Server?

I can not access my cpanel or ftp through my 'real' works computer, which is aa large corporation. When I am home and can access my cpanel, is there someplace where I can allow my works proxy to access?

Here is the info some web site gave me.

Proxy Server Detected!
Proxy Server IP address: xxx.27.9.20
Proxy Server Details: 1.1 xxxprxy02 (NetCache NetApp/6.0.3P2D6)
Proxy Reports IP as: 10.xxx.106.213
