Paypal Problems

Hi, This has nothign to do with surpass but i thougt maybe someone here could help me out please. I have had PayPal accounts previosuly but yesterday i needed to close those accounts and make a new one which i have done. I entered the same info and credit card number as the other accounts had. It charged my card $1.75 for the "Expanded use Program". I do not have access to online banking for my card and i wont get the statement with this expanded use number for a month now... I really cannot wait that long just to use the damn paypal... I dont need as big sending limit at all...But right now it saids im unverfied and wont let me do a thing. It also saids i have no money to send ..even though i have a credit card entered... Is there anyway i can send out some money? Any ideas..help.. Thanks so much :ask:

try transfering from a bank

Have you tried calling your credit card's customer service department? They can probably provide you with the info about the charge over the phone.
