Port side, stern shot of the USS Drum inside Battleship Memorial Park, Mobile, AL. She's the oldest submarine on display as a museum in the entire United States. Lack of money and public interest has led to her current condition, but thankfully some concerned volunteers are working on her.

She is just one of 26. This is why I created SUBMARINEMUSEUMS.ORG - to help in some way.

So sad to see her so rusted through. Notice the weed growing out of her stern.
