The stamps with the Aurora Borealis can be bought online or you can go to the post office and ask if they have any. I buy stamps online because they'll have it and I won't be disappointed and I feel happy when things get sent to my mail box. |

But I do have some forever stamps. They now have flag stamps which you can use "forever," but they're even more boring than the bell. Did you here about the guy who bought $8,000 worth of foever stamps? |

Good choice! They're cute stamps.
I took this pic from my front yard. It's a dust storm. The sky looks so scary but everything was still because the storm hadn't hit yet, you could just see the dust clouds rolling in and the sky gradually turning brown/red. ![]()

im glad we dont get dust storms...instead we put up with random hurricane style rain down Pours.....like about 2 months ago, it was a sunny day outside, then the clouds rolled in. Within about 10 minutes the rain was coming down so hard you couldnt see 100 ft in front of you. Below I posted the trees on the 10th floor of my condo building getting whipped side to side, then a view of Downtown Orlando from my balcony, and then some Hail that I collected on my Balcony:
Stormy Trees: ![]() Then the Thick Rain Haze! ![]() and finally, All Hail the Rain storm: ![]() pretty cool huh

From within about half an hour of the start of the Santiago fire in Orange County, CA.
Outside my apartment, about 3 miles from fire. A little closer.. about .5 mile away. Fortunately they were able to stop the fire in this area. ![]() Last edited by brianlance; October 24th, 2007 at 1:32 PM. |
