Question. Does the $20/year price include an IP address, or would that be a separate charge?

Clients can buy the cert alone (in case they have a dedi or other reason to) or they can purchase the SSL and separate IP at the same time.

Details released tonight when the page and order form is complete!

This sale is limited to one SSL cert per user/dedi server or we can buy unlimited SSL Certs ?

You can buy as many SSL's as your sites need

Just be aware that each site requires it's own dedicated IP. dedicated servers come with 3 extra IPs so after that you'll need to buy dedicated IPs to go with the SSL's
