I use this to do a loss-less conversion of my Kodak DX7630 camera's .MOV files to .AVI: SourceForge.net: MP4Cam2AVI Easy Converter
It's really fast and free. I then use Riva's FLV Encoder: Riva VX: Riva FLV Encoder to convert it to a .FLV file. This is also free. I have to use the above mp4cam2avi program first because the FLV encoder will not work with the specific .MOV format that the camera creates. I do happen to have Roxio's Easy Media Creator 8.0 and can use VideoWave to actually edit, combine, overlay effects and all that stuff if I want and save them to DVD. I have like a Windows 3.1 version of Adobe Premiere stashed somewhere.. LOL.. it was from when I used to have a Video Spigot video capture card.
