I don't buy anything on vacation either... They sell the same stuff everywhere ... there's just different artwork on it. However, I do like to peruse the stores and just look at things... but again, it's the same stuff you can find anywhere.

I do like to get things that are small and meaningful and that symbolize something about that particular trip that I want to remember. Trips are a lot of fun... and I'd rather really focus on the experience then diluting my thoughts with material items.

I never really buy anything either, but looking at all the little trinkets are fun, especially when they represent the place in a unique way. I always end up going, "OMG this is too cute!" haha

Sometimes we like to get something like a christmas ornament from our vacations... Like the starfish santa from Hawaii, or the lighthouse from the Oregon Coast....

Or something uniquely local that you cant find somewhere else...
