Hi! I am a web design student and I created a personal web site for a class project. I created an account with Surpass and registered the following URL: www.keolaokalani.com . I have uploaded four pages into my public_html folder so far but I am unable to view these pages on my internet browser. I am directed to a page that says "Problem loading page / Server not found." However, a friend of mine told me she is able to view my web site on her computer. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it? Thank you!

hi keolaoka
![]() must be the domain not yet propagating to your side. i can access your site from here just fine. btw, you got cute dolls in there do you make them yourself?oh, and also this might be worth a shot, if your using windows, open a command prompt and issue the following command: Quote:
![]() huckyboy |

Huckyboy, thank you for that great flushdns tip!
Keolaoka, if that doesn't work you may have to a wait a bit more. But you, and everyone else, should be seeing it soon enough. Just needs more time.

Hi huckyboy!
Thank you so much for replying. I am getting so frustrated! I am unsure what propagating means. Do you about how long it will take to propagate to my side? I am not very good with computers (obviously) so I don't even know how to open a command prompt on Windows. Thanks for all your help! Sincerely, Dustin PS: To answer your question, yes I made the dolls on my site. |

its the process of your domain name pointing to your hosting server. It varies on the wait, but it can take up to 2 hours - 48.
To open a command prompt in windows, you click on the start menu and hit the run link, in the pop up window, type cmd in the inuput field and click run. A little window will pop-up with a black background, this is your command window. Have you also tried deleting cookies? Not sure if this would really effect it, but you can try that, or try viewing the site in another browser? =) |
