Yes, at the end of this day Surpass will have business bruises... customers will possibly have business bruises. Yes at the end of the day they'll will be alot of could've should've. But at the end of this day... 99.999999% if not 100% of Surpass customers will go to sleep tonight in warm bed in the haven of a home. 99.999999% of you, will not only wake up tomorrow morning but wake up in a complete structure unmarred by the wrath of nature or war.

So be pissed that your server is down, but don't be so naive to think that your whole life and world is over because your website was down because at the end of this day, it WILL be fixed.

Thank you for listening... well..reading. I stepped out to walk my dog and we passed what remains of this house that burned down two weeks ago and it this hit me. I tried to imagine every house within miles like that, destroyed within minutes and all residents displaced. Fortunately, they had a place to go. But while we complain about communication issues and server issues, there are people who have NO place to go because everything is a pile of rubble and still don't know if family members are alive or not. I'll take my server down ANY DAY.
