H, it's a trademark, not a copyright.... and yes, Carrot Top has that trademark. This kid, and whoever may help him, they all have toooooo much time on their hands. Now.... I want my money back please?

You sure? I thought as to whether it would be a trademark or a copyright, and I really couldn't see behaviour or act as being something trademarkable. The hairstyle and stuff, sure... but not behaviour or act.
Regardless of the correct legal term, the kid should be forced to stop and pay emotional damaging fees to all that had to watch this short film. |
