Can a staff please take a look!

Hi,

I have a colo with surpass. The server I'm hosting is also from surpass. I believe the main drive failed today on the server which took my sites down. I have been told by the techie that it is being restored onto a new drive, 12 hours ago. Does it seriously take 12 hours to restore a drive or have the techies forget about me? Any updates would be appreciated.

I have spent over $300 on CPM advertisements for the next 7 days (starting today). According to records, I received just over 900 clicks today only to visit a website that isn't working; and worst thing about it is that I can't pause the ads.

As you can see I am spending money on worthless ads when my server isn't working. I have put over $300 on ads and I pay only $120 for the server. Perhaps I should pay $300 for a better service

I am fairly upset right now. Can someone please add me to their priority and get my server sorted, please.

Ticket ID: HTY-155237

Depending on the size of the drive, I have seen them take more than 10 hours to restore.

There are a lot of internal notes going on in that ticket. It looks like they've updated your ticket since you posted this but I will ask them to give you a timeframe if possible.

Please be aware that the last reply from Jared was not that he was starting the restore. But that he is going to try to see if he can get it to recognize and if not then a restore would be needed.

The restore was not technically started at noon when Jared replied. He could not get it to work so he forwarded to our admins to restore and they have been working on it.

As mentioned before I will have them give you a timeframe if possible.

Actually I think the restore is done and they should be updating you shortly. They're just checking to make sure all is working.
