It must be up in the northeast, but Near-sighted people need glasses.
Short-sighted people lack planning.

Yeah, Fred's just pointing out that the article used short-sightedness in-place of near-sightedness. Saying 5 million people have short-sightedness (when meaning near-sightedness) is amusing.
Personally, I'm near-sighted, but not short-sighted. |
