if you want to get back at them wait till 27 Apr 2012 10:00:00 and register thier domain before they re-new it and point it to your website

microsoft and MS sites such as hotmail have all forgotten to renew thier domain plenty of times.

...Anyway I usaly ping the servers for porformace and a domain check to see how long the company has been around for :P unfortunaly IChost has been around for quite some time (lol) surpass has been around since 2002 :o :op

Oh, those guys are great! I bet if they ran a restaurant they would charge extra for the plates! Interesting reading tho'. Shared accounts have unlimited bandwidth, unless your site could actually use it:

Holy smoke! you looked even deeper than I did! Amazing that they even have a customer. If I tried to charge like that - even with the personal hand-holding I give to every single customer - I'd be laughed out.

If you're looking for downtime, my old host is the way to go :grrr: Guess thats why I was never billed. And their lack of support is #1. Took me a while, but I finally changed to Surpass and am glad I did. You people are great!!

hmm that is intresting and abunch of BS. as for the whole kids not being able to afford it, I'm 17 and i can afford it just fine lol i don't even have a real "job" i do webdesign on the side and i host other peoples sites (99.9 percent of the sites on my end i host for free...) lol so i don't agree totally with that but i do know what your saying there because there is some kids that sign up only to cancel immediatly *rolles eyes* it's stupid too.
