Huge Text + Small Text

Hello, I just sat down on my PC, and suddenly all the text is like HUGE size. And I havent set the resolution to be any different and text is like BIG BIG. weird...for my other PC, the text suddenly one day became like extra small and its really hard to read. Has anyone had this happen to them?

when using like IE or something...? i know back when i used to use IE the text size randomly changed....

edit: if you are using IE, then go to view >> text size >> and then medium is most likely what you want....
