hello surpass. I really need your help bad. I have got a site running t hat has taken me ages to setup and no one is posting in thre forums. I really want my forums active like yours.

It takes A LOT of work to get a decent forum community going. Trust me. And begging people isn't the best way to get a good appearance, though you weren't exactly begging.

You need to advertise it in places that are common interests with your site/board. I wouldn't blatantly advertise either. I would just put a small message in your signature and people are usually curious enough to follow.

that banner is way too wide. it streatches out the forum box. please change it's width

especially in another community forum. there's kind of an unwritten rule not to do it. it's like coming to McDonalds and advertising Wendy's.

I agree.. Posting a link in a sig = perfectly fine. Or if there's a resource at another forum that you wish to share, that's equally fine -- just don't advertise the forum directly.
