Give it at least 72 hours. If the domain is with SurpassDomains.com, contact domains[at]surpasshosting.com about the concerns.
If the domain is not with us, double check with your registrar that your settings are correct.

Dedicated server customers have the emergency number, mainly if they needed a reboot and it wasn't done quick enough, or if they feel something horrible happened to their server. Dedicated servers are like children to some people.

Or puppies.. or kitties.

Heh, it's quite alright. I don't feel comfortable posting my number in a public forum. I've only ever made long distance calls to one person. Apparently I say "book" weird. And when I said "eh" she got all "aww, that's so cute!"

Right, and tonight is no good.. 11:15pm here and my parents would freak!
