Help On Msn Messenger?
on you're dedicated page there's info on the AIM support..
is it possible to have the staffs also use MSN MESSENGER aswell as AIM to help the customer?

its AIM support. do you have trillian client ? that will allow to interact with MSN, AIM, Yahoo, IRC and ICQ in a single client.
in any case - AIM support is for dedicated clients only. |

I do the same thing with trillian. It scares me sometimes how many people actually contact me.
Sam, if I may be so bold as to speak freely, why not just create an msn account for surpass and hand it out ibzi. you run trillian, so it's just one more name on there really. Just a suggestion, I'm not trying to be argumentative. - Dale?

thats the beauty of trillian. no specific client, thus no specific client ads.
the downside is it costs money. i belive the MSN / AIM question has been answered here a few times now. |
