Help On Msn Messenger?

on you're dedicated page there's info on the AIM support..

is it possible to have the staffs also use MSN MESSENGER aswell as AIM to help the customer?

good thing I don't run dedicated, I am so anti aol it's insane... lately there's been a lot of AOL propoganda on tv....

its AIM support. do you have trillian client ? that will allow to interact with MSN, AIM, Yahoo, IRC and ICQ in a single client.

in any case - AIM support is for dedicated clients only.

ibzi - sorry man, no MSN.

if you dont want to run AIM, you can run trillian and create an AIM account. this will allow to interact with AIM members.

Trillian's a very nice client. I use it myself.

Woah.. I just realized I'm connected to everything (all 5 mediums.)

I do the same thing with trillian. It scares me sometimes how many people actually contact me.

Sam, if I may be so bold as to speak freely, why not just create an msn account for surpass and hand it out ibzi. you run trillian, so it's just one more name on there really. Just a suggestion, I'm not trying to be argumentative.

yeah i hate those crappy commercials. all these claims that are complete junk. i love aol's spyware tool that seems to do nothing

thats the beauty of trillian. no specific client, thus no specific client ads.

the downside is it costs money.

i belive the MSN / AIM question has been answered here a few times now.
