Which department?

I would like to send a ticket to support but idk what department to put.

-Support division
- Sales division
-Accounting division
-suprassdomains.com
-Abuse/ security

I want to ask them to help me transfer my files to my new server

I would send it to support.

For transfers, send it to the Sales Department, if you are new customer that is. If not, then yes, submit to support.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, I'm transfering from my old host to my new Surpass account.
