Duplicat posts in this forum

I'm not sure why but on two occasions I've clicked submit and then been presented with a message something along the lines of not post for another 30 seconds.

I presume to stop duplicate posts, however I'd not posted within that time frame already, so hit submit again and realise that the post has now been made twice.

Is this me perhaps unknowingly clicking submit twice immediately after the first time, or are other people experiencing this sometimes?

Nope, haven't experienced that message unless I've tried to post twice within 30 seconds.
