I tried it, and its ok..
However, it does share proxy settings with IE, so it breaks my system of having IE with no proxy, and FF with a variety of proxys... So thats a deal breaker. Also, unless it eventually has add-ons like adblock, etc.. then its a no go for me.

Crome doesn't run on XP SP1 and I can't upgrade due to lack of Drive space on C: (And have not managed to increase the partition size due to some error)

Then the obvious question is... why not get XP up to speed with SP3?
And a side note concerning the Google Browser... have any of you read through the posts at DSL reports? Here is a link the the Google Browser thread in their security forum: Chrome Browser (Google) combats IE8's Privacy Tools - dslreports.com. Here is a link to the Google Browser thread in their software forum: Google Chrome Beta Released! - dslreports.com. I, for one, will not be using it until they get their EULA more to my liking. |

As I said lack of diskspace means SP2 won't install and moving partitions did not work due to a supposed fault on the drive

![]() They are so cheap. You can get a 640GB drive for low as 86 bucks! I'm sure u can find a 250GB or something of that sort for an even lower price. |
