DekiWiki + Reseller/Shared Hosting

Hi!

I've been looking for a wiki to install on one of my hosted domains, and someone recommended DekiWiki to me.

I like the look of it, but I get the feeling I'm not going to be able to install it in a reseller/shared hosting account. Does anyone have any experience with this? Or can you tell from looking at it?

I've got some other programs on stand-by, but I thought I'd see if I could get any feedback on this one first.

Thanks!
Jeff.

Why are you under this impression? Whether or not you can host it depends mostly on resource usage. You can start it out and wait until it grows to move to a VPS/dedicated server if needed.

Looks like it requires its own dedicated environment according to their install instructions. Also requires Mono which isn't installed on any normal shared/reseller servers. I would say go for MediaWiki
