Or we could just give everyone unlimited space and bandwidth.

Hmm.

This is a superb idea, the best I've ever had.

Give me unlimited space and bandwidth... let's call it a beta test. Then again my resource use will be so high, you'd have to erect a cluster of servers, as well as a statue, in my honor.

It would be nice to put these mega servers (huge Sun servers!) into the formation of the letter R, from bird's eye view. That would be a true cluster and statue.

I'd still need a statue, though. An anatomically correct statue.

There goes the on-topicness of this thread!

IMHO it can be manage better, and OC plans can find a place in the situation.

A long time ago we introduced two plans that had the most space and bandwidth.. one OC shared, and one OC reseller.

http://www.surpasshosting.com/ocplans.php

So recently, we decided to up the bandwidth for our regular shared plans and our regular reseller plans.

Now we have to take a look at other existing plans, VPS and dedicated.

Continued growth will always be in mind at Surpass.

The OC5 plan looked a good step up from the Standard Shared hosting plan (which has since been scrapped); but whilst I can understand the problems with adjusting them now, I'm not sure where the OC plans really lie now in the state of all these changes... perhaps they should find a niche somewhere else, a middle-area either side of the Deluxe option?

As for adjusting VPS plans, I'd be tempted to go for one if there was a yearly payment option. Just some balls to throw in the air there!
