Sounds really good.

Couple of questions about new reseller accounts:

- Can we use one domain for both the paid and the free account or does it have to be one domain for each?

- Do both accounts still get the extra same space/bandwith each for the main domain?

- Can I use the domain for my current reseller plan for the new paid account as well?

It's a good deal, but I just signed up for a reseller plan late last month. I guess no chance in me being able to get this. They should put special conditions in cases like these for recent people who signed up a certain time before. That way there are no sour feelings, and we don't feel like we've taken a loss because of timing.

I don't see how it's a loss. It was announced just recently and takes place in almost two weeks time. Call it bad timing if you wish, but being as this is a promotional offer, and not a requirement or service enhancement, it's not something that devalues previous purchases. Even if the day before the announcement.

sorry to be stupid but if buy 1 get 1 free 2 me that means if u buy 10 u get 10 free sorry if im beiin facioucias or a t*at if peepe aint got the jist or i spelt wrong

er to me u buy 1 domain u stick wif it... buy new 1 then u use wif ur free account sum one help i may b wrong sum1 say if i have totally b*lls up

From what I see here, it applies to OC (although it is true you may want to wait) and unless Kayla or other staff comes in and counters Kayla's reply, you can buy the new accounts and cancel the old, however wrong it may be. For this one, we REALLY need clarification from staff before the promo starts as I am looking to pick up a couple more reseller accounts.

I have a very simple question regarding this. I'm so excited to sign up on the 15th. Finally, i'll be a part of the surpass family

1. When I sign up on the 15th, I'm planning on paying it on a monthly basis, will I still be getting the other free account?

2. After signing up, i'll get two log in infos and two different cpanel account, right?

3. This applies on reseller accounts too, right? But cannot be merged into one?

1. Yes, because so long as you pay it monthly your account is active. Therfor: Your account is still alive (so to speak) so you will have another account.

2. Yes, most likely. But you will probably need two domains for each account.

3. You get two seperate reseller accounts, though you could still use the free accounts space as an addon to yours. And just not use the space givent to you for your site. Heck, you could use that to hold the images on if you wanted.
