so I signed up without realizing it doesnt start until the 15th! I only saw that it ended on the 30th
I hope I can get this straightened out. I emailed sales back about it, and I have no issue with waiting until the 15th, I just didn't see that on the promo page sunday ![]()

Question: (and please do forgive me if this was asked i read through some odd pages, but eventually gave up in fear it never ended)
If I buy the Aeon Reseller plan, can the free one be merged with it? verses having two seperate accounts? Both accounts would be used by me, and in my mind having them together would just make it easier for everyone would it not? Is that possible? |

This may seem a little silly but wanted to know for sure...
If i buy a power plan using the monthly payment option, then later decide to switch to the yearly pay option, I should be able to maintain the free account right, this is mearly a change in billing, not really a change in plans, either upgrade or downgrade right?? thanks again!

Existing Account???
Hello, Regarding the new promotion... Buy 1 and get a 2nd account free.
If I have an existing reseller account will I be able to get a free 2nd account? If so, how do I get my free second account. Later if I decide to upgrade my account will my free account also be upgraded? If not, how is this fair to all the current account holders? Do we have to cancel and buy 1 just to get the 2nd account? Will we be forced to just re-establish/setup all our sub-accounts? Thanks |

You do not get a free account if you already host. This is for people who want to purchase a new account. You get a second one free when you purchase a new one. It has already been discussed that it is wrong to buy an account for the promotion and cancel your old one.
It is fair to existing customers. You are still getting what you originally paid for. You are not losing any service (In fact, with the recent bandwidth and space upgrades, you are gaining something in the past month)

why is it that everyone thinks that surpass is being unfair to their regular customers?? has no one noticed the FREE account upgrades that have taken place? or the regular promotions offered to customers, such as this great dedicated server sale starting in just a few hours? like c'mon. seriously. you might not be eligable for this sale, but you are hardly getting screwed. You arent getting any less for what you paid for. Infact, if anything, youve already gotten more than what you were paying for. you just want more. besides, with the recent account upgrades they have added more than ample diskspace and bandwidth to host plenty of high volume websites... so please... give it a rest.
