Sadly I did the same! I have raised a ticket but nobody has responsed to it in 3 days now and I am getting worried as to why nobody has responsed in 3 days as i have never yet had to wait this long for support!

If anybody at surpass could have a look at them I would be greatful

Did you get the auto reply email? if so reply to that and state it has been 3 days and your just wanting a update to what is going on.

To clarify again, NO you cannot order a new account during this promotion and then cancel your current account. This is for NEW ACCOUNTS ONLY, though it is not restricted to new customers. So if you want to benefit, you must retain your current account, so you will have 3 accounts in total.

I was here for the last promotion, but I didn't order a new account because I already had one... about a week after the promotion ended, I regretted it. Since I need a seperate account for one of my domains and I've known this for a while, it's just great luck that I can benefit from this... as can any other current customer, if they want it to. But this is not a method to get something for nothing, which all the other recent upgrades did. You have to get a new account... and not just get one and cancel your old one. If you register one of your new accounts with a domain that is currently already registered with an account, the new account will not be proccessed.

Which brings up the question I have regarding that. The domain I will be registering the new account with currently has an account on my reseller... will that effect my new registration? I don't know if only my main domain will come up on the blacklist of domains that can't be used for new accounts (legitimately because it means the person probably is going to cancel their old account) or if all the domains that have their own account through my reseller.

To clarify... domaina.com is my main reseller account. domainb.com and domainc.com have their own cPanel accounts through that reseller... and domaind.com is an addon domain of domaina.com. They're all on Pass14.

I want to use domainb.com as the main domain of the newly registered account, and domaind.com as the domain on the free account. Will the fact that those domains already exist on Surpass servers impede my registration process?

I would like to know can the FREE Account be added to the payed account? like If I get a Reseller account the 10gb space can the free account be added to be 20gb?

That doesn't work, the reason is they seem to think I'm trying to cancel my existing account so I can take the promotion (I can only assume they have had a lot of this type of request). But in my case I have stated clearly that I signed up for the June Promotion to early, but they just don't bother reading the ticket correctly, they just replied with some generic copied and pasted statement, no help what so ever!

That is all well and good but I explained in my post (three times!) that it was the reseller account I order 3 days ago without first realising the promotion doesn't start until June 15th I wanted canceled.
The really stupid thing is I actually posted my Transaction ID etc for the order, but they obviously haven't bothered to check this and just made assumptions. This is the first time I have really had problems with Surpass as a service usually there support is excellent, but this incident is making me question how reliable they really are if they don't actually listen to there customers and keep making assumptions.

Very disgruntled.
